• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit ($50–$200) depending on the service.

• Your deposit goes toward your final total.

• Appointments are not secured without a deposit.

• All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if the artist must cancel.

• Cash is preferred, but card, Apple Pay, and Venmo are accepted.

• Price quotes are estimates — please bring enough to cover the full expected total.

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you are feeling sick, do not attend your appointment — contact us to reschedule.

• If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible.

• Do not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of any substances.

• Inform your artist of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns prior to your appointment.

• Clients must be 18+, or minors must have parent/guardian consent with proper documentation and waiver.

• Please communicate beforehand if you plan to use numbing cream.

• Lack of communication may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

• Numbing cream is not recommended but may be accommodated with proper notice.

One guest is allowed unless others are also being tattooed.

For the best experience:

• Eat a full meal beforehand

• Stay hydrated

• Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for tattoo placement

• Feel free to bring headphones, a book, or a blanket for longer sessions

Snacks, water, and juice are available for your comfort.
